A partir del análisis de artículos publicados en un conjunto de revistas argentinas de ensayo -cuya temporalidad coincide con los comienzos del primer gobierno de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y el conflicto con las entidades agropecuarias alrededor de la disputa abierta por la “resolución 125”, hasta entrado el segundo mandato de gobierno de la misma presidenta- este trabajo pretende atender los debates allí suscitados en torno al Estado como problema teórico y filosófico. ¿A qué contenidos semánticos se ha vinculado dicho término? ¿Qué consecuencias e implicancias teóricas y políticas se derivan para con el pensamiento de la coyuntura argentina marcada por el clima de época que afirma la “vuelta” de la política y del Estado a la escena nacional a partir del arribo de los gobiernos kirchneristas? Teniendo en cuenta que nos proponemos analizar escritos producidos por actores del campo intelectual en una situación socio-histórica determinada desde una metodología que destaca los aportes de la historia conceptual y del análisis político, procurando interpretar los textos a partir del “contexto” y la “intencionalidad” de las intervenciones de los agentes en una situación determinada; por otro, también analiza la estructura de los “textos en sí mismos”, detectando los énfasis y recurrencias de los autores. Así, estudiando las categorías fundamentales del pensamiento de una época, es posible vislumbrar cómo ella se argumenta y conceptualiza a sí misma. Textos, contextos y agentes se convocan en torno a la categoría de Estado en sus relaciones con la política y la sociedad.Based on the analysis of articles published in a set of Argentine essay journals - whose temporality coincides with the beginnings of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner's first government and the conflict with agricultural entities around the dispute opened by “resolution 125”, up to entered the second term of government of the same president - this work intends to attend the debates raised around the State as a theoretical and philosophical problem. What semantic content has this term been linked to? What consequences and theoretical and political implications derive from the thought of the Argentine situation marked by the period of time that affirms the "return" of politics and the State to the national scene after the arrival of the Kirchnerist governments? Taking into account that we intend to analyze writings produced by actors of the intellectual field in a socio-historical situation determined from a methodology that highlights the contributions of conceptual history and political analysis, trying to interpret the texts from the analysis of the "context" and the “intentionality” of the interventions of the agents in a given situation; on the other, it also analyzes the structure of the "texts themselves", detecting the emphasis and recurrence of the authors. Thus, by studying the fundamental categories of thought of an era, it is possible to glimpse how she argues and conceptualizes herself. Texts, contexts and agents are convened around the category of State in its relations with politics and society.
